What We Will Not Do

Being honest about scope prevents problems:

• We will not poach your client or pitch our own services to them
• We will not provide ongoing support directly to your client unless you ask us to
• We will not install equipment we believe is dangerous, non-compliant, or will fail quickly
• We will not work on live mains electrical - we are data cabling and network engineers, not electricians. If mains work is needed, we will tell you upfront.

How Handover Works

1. You tell us the scope: what needs installing, where, and to what specification
2. We visit site (or you send us the site plan) and confirm feasibility
3. We quote a fixed day rate or per-job price depending on what suits
4. We install, configure, test, and photograph the completed work
5. We send documentation: cable schedules, test results, photos, configuration notes
6. You hand over to your client with full confidence the physical work is done properly

Confidential and White-Label Work Available

If you need us to arrive in plain clothes, not mention our company name, and present as your team onsite, we can do that. We sign NDAs where required. Your client relationship stays yours.

Coverage

All of Northern Ireland. Attendance is scheduled to suit the work and your agreement. For ongoing contracts or volume work, we can prioritise your jobs.
