Configured a cloud phone system for a 12-person office. Ported existing numbers, set up call routing and mobile apps, trained staff, and stayed involved after go-live for ongoing routing changes and user management.
Installed 8 IP cameras covering entrances, car park, and storage areas. Cameras isolated on their own VLAN separate from the business network. NVR in a locked cabinet with UPS. Remote viewing configured on the owner's phone.
Replaced a single consumer router with 4 Omada access points across two floors. Cat6 cabled to each AP location. Staff and guest networks separated. VoIP call quality problems resolved because traffic is now prioritised properly.
Took over IT support from a previous provider. Audited the network, documented the setup, enabled DNS filtering and IDS/IPS on the router, hardened all endpoints, and set up proper monitoring. Now managed on an ongoing monthly contract.
